Our team of nine full-time officers is totally focused on making the Angel safer for your business, your staff and customers.
They patrol 8am-8pm and are solely dedicated to combating crimes affecting businesses, such as shoplifting, cashpoint theft, burglary, anti-social behaviour, bag and wallet thefts.
Angel AIM levy payers have direct and immediate access to the team via an exclusive mobile phone hotline for BID members only.
The Angel Police Team
- visit 100 businesses a week
- arrested 30 shoplifters in January 2011 and 42 in February
- cut shrinkage by returning 90% stolen stolen stock on arresting shoplifters
